Return Period
You have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving your order.

How It Works – Simple and Fast
We want to make the process as easy as possible. In most cases, you won't even need to send the product back. Just contact us and we'll sort it out directly:

- Wrong size? We'll send you the right one.
- Don't like it or it didn't meet your expectations? We'll refund you or offer a voucher – your choice.
- Arrived damaged or defective? We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund Options
You can choose between:

- Refund to card or bank account – within 5–10 business days
- Lumine store voucher – valid for 12 months on any product in our store

Non-Returnable Items

- Earrings that have been removed from their packaging (hygiene reasons)
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Products marked as "Clearance"
